School Year

If a student misses school or is late due to an excused absence, a parent/guardian needs to email skillscenter.attendance@seattleschools.org on the morning of each missed day, late arrival or early dismissal.

Please leave a detailed message including your student’s name, reason for the absence, and the date and time of absence. If you know ahead of time that your student will have an excused absence lasting three days or more, please submit a Pre-Planned Absence Form. 

Summer

Due to the short length of our Summer program, in order to receive credit students may not miss more than 3 days of Summer classes.
